Light Bites
Got the cat last night! We’ve called him Domino, Dom for short, because he’s black and white. He’s gorgeous! Five months old, hyperactive and busy exploring our whole flat at the moment. He threw up in his carrier in the car last night – nice. Recovered quickly though. He bounced all over us on the bed this morning! And we’re having some difficulty getting him to stay still long enough to get a photo taken. He’s lovely.

Went to lunch with the Director and two of our students today. I enjoyed it. Talked with the students about the Middle East and learning Arabic. Very invigorating.

Also invigorating is the amount of coffee I have drunk today. Two cups, whereas I am usually on decaf. I’m buzzing a bit now. But I needed it as we were up till past midnight with the cat.
